I never got on with the stock seat on my DL100, found my rear end would get hot and uncomfotable after an hour of riding. The Shad seat is cheaper than alternatives so I thought I'd give it a go. I'm pleasently surprised to find it a big improvement. It also looks alot better than the stock seat. Delivery was qucik and good tracking infor was supplied. I'll consider AJSutton next time I need bits

Well made and sturdy product, easy to fit and makes a huge difference in keeping out of the wind stream.Would be better if it was a few inches shorter but can be cut down. Main criticism is that the chrome finish to the frames is of poor quality. Prompt delivery was appreciated.

The delivery service was outstanding, keeping me informed of the status by an internet tracking service and also e-mail. I even received an e-mail informing me that the parcel had been left at a neighbours with the number of the house and the name of the recipient. The seat was very easy to fit and its styling suits the bike, probably more so than the Honda original. During use the seat is considerably more comfortable, taking the first signs of discomfort during riding from one hour with the original to about one and three quarters of an hour with the Shad comfort seat. There is noticeably more space on the seat which makes an easy bike to ride even easier. Pillion comfort is also much improved with a wider deeper seat which also eliminates passenger sliding and the additional space two up transforms the bike. An excellent all round purchasing experience and an outstanding product.

Excellent delivery and easy to follow fitting instructions although fitting the bump stops needed some washing up liquid to "ease" them in.When fitting the front seat take care and make sure the big washers don't fall off otherwise they will end up inside the plastic bodywork and be lost forever!.Stuffing some rag in the area will prevent this! The seat(s) once installed were a good fit. Initially it was not as comfortable as I had hoped but having just completed 625 miles of touring through MidWales I can say that the seat and my rear have bedded themselves in and it is as comfortable as I need it to be. The cable arrived promptly but when I came fit it one of the cables was too short (by about 3 cm); however, by making a cable with some of the new bits and some of the old bits I managed a perfectly serviceable throttle/oil pump cable. That said, the cable itself was well made and functional, just a little too short!

It couldn't be simpler to I.D and order. You put your registration number in, you confirm it is your bike, you look at the drawings and you order the part. The price and the manufacturers part number also helps confirm you are ordering the correct part. If you are unsure then there is a phone number too and the staff can help you. Simples. The part I ordered seems good quality, looks like OE part, it fitted perfectly. Delivery was by DPD, ordered on PM Wednesday and delivered by PM Friday. [UK mainland] 2 days. I've bought parts from Suttons before and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from again. Do I get a big discount for this?

After my flailing broken chain destroyed by last chain cover, I decided to replace it with another original item. My concern with metal after market items is that, whilst stronger, they would have either locked-up the chain or deflected it into the crank-case causing expensive damage. The chain destroyed the old original case but no doubt absorbed a lot of the energy resulting in no other damage to the bike. So I ordered an original replacement which, as expected, fits perfectly. Thanks.

Purchased to fit (on a special made bracket for) my R1200GSA ! This backrest is very good quality and service and delivery from AJS was excellent. I had to wait for the backrest to arrive before making the bracket/fixing - so unless you have the exact bike specified its a bit of a risk ...the manufacturer may sell more backrests if they include the dimensions in the PDF of sales info I am sure many more bikes could have this backrest and the other SHAD backrests.

Still available but a tad expensive. It was in stock (the bike is on an "N" plate!) and the delivered can only be described as very quick. So aqainst it, the price. For it, it is a perfect fit as you would expect from Yamaha. A big plus was that the supplier did not hang about in getting it out of stock and delivered. For this I say thank you.

NOTE: CORRECTLY FITS 2016 NC750S This seat enhances the comfort for both rider and pillion, however it's the pillion seat that provides the most value. Its padding depth lifts the pillion above the height of the rear plastic extension by approximately 20mm and doesnâ€™t have the rather uncomfortable "edge" at the very back that ruins the standard seat. Initially the main seat sat slightly high and didn't fully conform to the contours of the side panels. I simply replaced the large pair of front bobbins with a couple of 5mm high self-adhesive rubber pads - perfect. Also the aluminium "tongue" at the front of the main seat scratches the rectangular locating hoop (it's plastic on the Honda original). A couple of layers of insulating tape cures this. For the reasons above I gave 4 Stars

Pleased with the prompt delivery but disappointed that the battery was not supplied ready to be used. The sulphuric acid topping up liquid was not included and when I 'phoned about this I was told the price was an extra Â£10. Fortunately I have an excellent motor cycle shop near me who kindly filled the battery for me.

The american flashers on the rear were jutting out of the sides and broke off eventually. These fit flush to the body and were the right fit for my Piaggio LT 150 (2004). It took a few weeks to get them delivered, but when they got here, there were perfect. Thanks.
